there is this guy at work, erik, who is taking a communications class this spring semester. for the class he had to take a poll of ten people asking how many books they have read in the last 6 months, not including text books or scriptures.

i don't think that i could name them all without a serious amount of thought. my only consolation is that this was in the last six months and that i rode the bus to and from work.

that's funny. i didn't realize that until you said something. though i was talking to her for a long time last night so something might have rubbed off.

but that's not really what i had intended to remark when i clicked the "post a comment" link ...
what i wanted to say is ... "pole" and "poll" are two different things. as are "gravedigger" and "grave yard".

I think you gotta name the books or it doesn't really count.
